Worked with multiple stakeholders to automate a critical USPS yearly rate change, which could impact revenue by ~$20,000 per/minute. Decreasing the dev effort from 15 weeks to 3 days. Utilizing Python, Java, TestNG, Teradata and SQL. Designed and implemented eBay’s new shipping insurance framework, saving eBay ~$2 million a year. Designed and implemented eBay’s coupon and promotional label service, which allowed eBay’s marketing team to drive marketing strategies for specific products. Decreased the time to deploy a change into production from 2 weeks to 2 hours by setting up a Continuous Integration pipeline. Reduced another project’s build times by 85% (45 min. to 7 min.) by refactoring the project to reduce inter-module dependencies and fine tuning the maven build cycle.Designed and implemented eBay’s new distributed Reconciliation framework. On-boarded new shipping carriers from across the world (US, UK, Germany, Australia, etc.) to the distributed framework mentioned above.
