Originally seconded by this human resources outsourcing Solutions Company to serve as the senior-level escalation expert for newly outsourced HR functions from Air Canada. Subsequently appointed to the project team responsible for upgrading Air Canada’s PeopleSoft HRIS system, with core involvement in change management, communications and end user training. In the capacity of Change Management Lead/Senior Domain Analyst, analyzed business impacts of system changes, including organizational restructuring requirements, modifications to functional roles & responsibilities, and changes to data and process workflows. Liaised with business unit managers to develop and implement change management strategies, helping them to evaluate user-readiness and facilitate end-user acceptance. Worked with business stakeholders to re-engineer processes to streamline operations and optimize use of the new features and functionality of upgraded system. Managed a 3-member Test Scripting Group to develop and execute functional tests of the new system to ensure that it operated as expected and aligned with the re-designed business processes. Planned, organized and delivered training programs for 200+ Air Canada & Hewitt staff in Canada, and abroad.
