• Marketing responsibilities included:o Developed a formal marketing plan, including goals, objectives and planning of creative assets, budgets and tactics, consistent with strategic plan adopted by the Board of Directors;o Developed a new updated branding image and logo;o Developed and implemented a campaign for all print ads in trade journals and trade shows;o Redeveloped social media presence and presentation, increased Facebook “likes”; • Community responsibilities included:o Creation as a volunteer and then development of Women In Footwear Industry (WIFI), growing from 8 women to over 700+ members, including 7 chapters nationwide, a National Advisory Board, and a formal program for Mentorship;o Development of Young Professionals for 210, encouraging young professionals with networking programs and increasing participation to over 300 members;o Coordinated several golf events nationwide;o Assisted in development of the Human Resources Leadership committee and its activities.• Annual Dinner:o Led operation in all aspects of 2011 Annual Dinner which raised over $2 million and was attended by over 1350 industry leaders and associates, the largest event in the footwear industry;

• Corporate responsibilities included:o Administration of all transactional deal making; assist counsel in subsequent preparation and negotiation of all documentation; o Administration and coordination, on advice of counsel, of legal matters including contracts, trademarks, litigation and real estate;o Coordination of all hiring and recruitment;• Managed a multi-million dollar marketing budget for an internationally-known branded footwear business, including: o Creation of comprehensive in-house creative services; o Creation of presentation materials as well as writing and editing of all corporate materials;o Creation and execution of in-store special events programs; o Direction of public relations programs for editorial insertions in magazines, on television, at red carpet events and sponsorship of Miss Universe and Miss Teen USA pageants; o Trade booth creative and promotional activities during markets; • Managed the e-commerce business, including launch, development and maintenance of web site

• Directly responsible for the strategic management and development of the real estate expansion including: o Selecting sites and negotiating deals, o Coordinating lease negotiations and developing procedures and practices relative to lease administration; o Coordinating construction and developing design initiatives. • Directly responsible for the buy-back of rights to New York City previously franchised, and subsequent expansion throughout Manhattan and the boroughs;• Developed markets in downtown and suburban San Francisco, Philadelphia, Chicago and Washington DC as well as the major malls, lifestyle centers and outlet malls throughout the country: approximately 65 new stores as well as the closing of nearly 20 under-performing stores; • Served as general counsel for 3 ½ years;• Directly responsible for all strategic initiatives including product licensing and international expansion for two years.

• Represented fashion growth company across all areas of wholesale, retail, licensing and consumer direct sale of premium footwear, handbags, apparel and accessory products. • Assisted in all aspects of real estate strategy and site selection for the company. Specific emphasis on all aspects of leasing: retail, corporate headquarters, warehouse and licensing. • Responsible for legal aspects of all employee matters (including contracts, terminations and severance), litigation, general corporate matters, intellectual property, aircraft management/acquisition, corporate acquisitions, contracts and all corporate legal matters.

• Represented wholesaler/ retailer in all aspects of commercial leasing and construction of all retail stores/warehouses/showrooms/offices.• Lead real estate attorney on acquisition (and financing) of US Shoe Corp: 400 retail locations, 11 factories and office/warehouse complex.
