Ensure the completion of reports and site scheduling.Maintain a flexible schedule to meet student needs, training, and administrative oversight requirements.Ensure state and county regulations are met through student file reviews, as well as maintain additional standards of excellence as established from time to time by Ward.Perform specific caseload responsibilities, facilitate and document team meeting, and initiate staff scheduling for the site.

Assist students in meeting the goals set forth in their Individual Service Plans, Family Service Plans, Permanency Plans, Treatment Plans, and Daniel Memorial assignments by teaching hands-on independent living and social skills through the implementation of the Teaching Family Model. Responsible for meeting deadlines for documentation of Safety Assessments, Safety Plans, Monthly Reports, Individual Service Plans, Medical, Dental, Eye Appointments, registration for housing, school, employment and Family Support Centers. Ensure state and county regulations are met through student file reviews, as well as maintain additional standards of excellence. Perform case management with the assigned caseload, including the timely preparation of proper internal and external reports, outcome measurements and other documentation required.Ensure that all medications are appropriately administered and documented.
