Over the past 22 years, my tenure with the City of Phoenix has provided me with excellent jobs skills and experience that would greatly benefit your organization. My experience includes customer service, administrative support, contract management, reporting and budget preparation. I have excellent organizational, customer service, research, administrative and computer skills. I take direction easily and bring ideas to the table that help create a proactive work environment. In my current position as a Facilities Contract Compliance Specialist, I audit contractor performance, make recommendations regarding conformance with contract standards and requirements, and prepare detailed reports regarding findings. I research and investigate citizen concerns regarding the vendors. Additionally, I compile operation statistical data, prepare monthly reports and create spreadsheets for various tracking purposes. Previously I held the position of Supplies Clerk II for Parks and Recreation warehouses. I procured supplies and services, maintained inventory levels per planned data utilizing a complex computer software inventory management system (SAP). I supervised daily work assignments of a Supplies Clerk I. I managed various contracts as well as identified and enforced contract requirements. I reviewed invoices for accuracy and entered data into a complex spreadsheets. My other responsibilities included creating budget reports for major and minor capital improvements and provided research data for cost analysis reports. I conducted annual environmental assessment inspections, recorded findings and managed a Environmental Data Management System (EDMS), updating hazardous material inventories and submitting Health Management Information System reports.
