Ms. Gibson is a strategic leader with proven critical thinking skills. She works effectively with various levels of an organization, partnering with other marketing, business development, administrative, technical, and executive professionals to synergize a team and proactively achieve business objectives. Ms. Gibson takes a client service-focused approach to project management, applying a high degree of emotional intelligence and critical thinking to each campaign, assignment, task, and challenge. She is a self-starter and leader with an entrepreneurial spirit that enables her to tactically execute strategic game plans and gain a thorough understanding of the value proposition. She is a prolific writer with a strong ability to communicate with a variety of audiences through original and customized content. Ms. Gibson earned a M.A. in Political Science and a B.A. in Journalism, both from Temple University. She is a Past President of WTS Philadelphia. She represents the chapter now at the Mid-Atlantic Region. In addition, Ms. Gibson serves on the boards of the Engineers' Club of Philadelphia and the March of Dimes’ Transportation, Building & Construction (TB&C) Awards Luncheon.
