Represented Columbia Sportswear at the 2000 Olympics as key spokesperson distributing the Hospitality package throughout the city of Sydney, Australia. Expedited on-air apparel needs for NBC newscaster Bob Costas and his affiliates. Managed NBC-Columbia Sportswear product following USOC guidelines, working directly with the office of Mr. Dick Ebersol, the president of NBC. Managed and provided collaborative leadership for all aspects of the development process in Specialty Sales. Contributed to the administrative support that helped to increase revenue from $40 to $140 million in 5 years. Initiated a cross training program for data management, reducing errors inherent with a fast pace timeline. Collaborated with a multilingual team between Portland headquarters and the Hong Kong offices.
