Made the move to Homes & Equity in June as I think it will be a better fit. Office is located in Bellevue and shared with a legal firm. I find the support is great and it was an easy transition.

In July of 2010 I became the owner and financial officer of Inn Harmony Guest Homes.The company offers four furnished guest units for short term to extended stay living. In the summer months wedding parties, family reunions and event attendees house themselves and their families and friends. With all four spaces contiguous to each other, there's ample opportunity to visit and have a great time. In the off months individual rooms allow a safe home-like atmosphere for life the changes life offers us.

I work with people that are interested in improving their health through reducing the many stresses they experience in their everyday life. Stress comes in many forms from physical, mental, spiritual to emotional. These forms cause distress to the person that manifests in many ways. Through biofeedback many of those stresses can be identified and a new way learned to relax the impact on our body.

I moved to RSVP Real Estate company in August of this year as they are located in Bellevue, WA but do most of their busness through the internet.The last 3 months I've been involved with my mother while she made her transition.She passed in November of this year and she will be sorely missed. I will continue managing rental properties and helping others build their investment portfolio in the real estate area.I also work with vacation, Bed & Breakfast, adult family homes and extend stay properties.I enjoy helping others plan for and manage their retirement by either adding properties, downsizing, exchanging investments, well as finding the perfect new home for their changed circumstances.I also enjoy helping first time buyers get into their beginning home. It's very rewarding knowing I am teaching about investing in real estate as a means to a more abundant life for them.

Enjoyed my time with Graham and David at ReMax Eastside Brokers and reluctantly left because of change in circumstances. They were a pleasure to work with and totally supported me in all my adventures. They taught me to be bold and step out of my comfort zone to realize my dreams. Jeanne Brown was a treasure and Cathy and Paula were a daily boost to my organization.

Bill Hoffman was my broker and friend for the 14 years I worked with him. He taught me that Real Estate Agents never retire and life works like a pendulum, if you don't like where things are now, just wait and they will eventually swing back the other way.

Broker Bill Young was just starting out with a new desk fee office. It was a new concept for real estate at the time. There were about 35 agents and Bills brother was a builder. I learned a lot about short plats and property development.

Broker Dick Carlson was just the person to show me the ropes when it came to investing and commercial real estate. With interest rates going up to 18% it took imagination to find a way to put deals together.

My first broker Michael Dunn was the best Irish man I've known. His wit and intelligence started my career and made it fun. The associate broker Doris did a great job but left this earth way to early.
