Regional Sales & Management RecruiterAdvance Auto Parts / CARQUEST100% sourcing in a Fast paced, high volume, full life cycle recruiting, representing 2 brands, for multiple store operations and commercial sales and management positions. Sourcing for 2 regions- 2 RVPs, 36 District Managers, 300+ Stores, 6 Commercial Sales Managers. Responsible for developing partnerships with 2 HR Managers and Field Hiring Managers (retail and commercial) to understand particular market demands and business, nature of vacancy and needs of individual hiring managers, allowing for swift vacancy fill, proper forecasting and proactive bench building. Accountable for opening and managing requisitions (People Fluent), job boards and professional network sourcing (Careerbuilder, Monster, Zip Recruiter, LinkedIn, etc.), prescreening and qualifying candidates ,interviewing and assessments, transfer of candidates to hiring managers and follow up ,panel interview scheduling and management, preparing, extending and negotiating offers, and background checks (Drug Screen, MVR, Background). Develop and implement creative recruitment strategies, including seeking out and partnering with community resources (ex: Job Centers/Unemployment offices, Diversity organizations, local Chamber of Commerce, Veterans Agencies, etc.) Scheduled, managed and attended recruitment events (Military, Colleges, Technical Schools, local Career Fairs, Company sponsored Job Fairs). Provide regular Recruiter Training (WebEx and in person) for new recruiters and information and support for store operations managers (General Managers and District Managers) with Hiring & Selection Certification and People Fluent (ATS) Training.
