Since my first Geocities website built on an AOL dial-up, I fell in love with the impact you can have across the world in one click of a mouse. That thirst for impact drove an amazing 20+ year career leading products carved from my deepest passions and values:I navigated 26x hyper-growth at online grocer Imperfect Foods, from early product-market fit fighting food waste to half billion annual revenue in 3 years. More humbling, we kept over 200,000 families fed weekly during a global pandemic. I built a product that changed the law. In 2019, California passed AB 626, a bill allowing home cooks to open micro-restaurants in the food deserts where they're needed most. Josephine's marketplace platform for selling homemade meals launched 2,000 food entrepreneurs in the fight for food justice.I debuted the first ever cloud-based enterprise point-of-sale for industry leader Agilysys in 2012, bringing to market in 9 months what other teams estimated would take 3 years. None of it was easy. I grew from designer and engineer to product manager and product executive. Not once did I get to learn from a leader who looked like me. There was no playbook.
