Responsible for keeping monthly substitute records, updating substitute teacher contact information, and maintaining contact with substitute teachers, as well as informing school teachers and school administration when substitute positions are filled. Responsible for analysis of monthly, weekly, and, daily sales reports. Responsible for maintaining website, sales of advertising, and maintaining relationships with advertisers and preschools. Expanded to a national operation with US Preschool Directories, which included selling local affiliate membership websites across the country. Responsible for mentoring and coaching new owners of preschool directories across the country. The national site closed its web doors in July of 2010.

Primary initial responsibilities were testing and assessing kindergarten children and maintaining teaching materials for teacher’s use throughout the school year. Duties assumed after initial introduction to job included administrative duties not limited to monthly newsletters, timely announcements, implementing paperless communication, restructuring events and teaching tools to become eco-friendly and simpler for students and teachers.
