Under the current system, it takes nearly 6 months to get to trial. I believe improvements can be implemented to speed up that process. I believe presiding judges should show compassion for the people they serve, apply the law as it is written, use common sense and treat all participants with dignity and respect. I have worked in all levels of the Courts in Sumner County. I have assisted families in crisis, business partners in restructuring, and contract disputes.
