And I'm here to offer support and guidance to women so they don't have to go it alone like I did.When my marriage fell apart after 25 years, I sold my business and most of my household furnishings and moved across the country – not knowing anyone or having a job. I just knew this was what I had to do. I didn't realize it at the time, but I was following my soul's purpose for that time in my life.It wasn’t easy, but I survived. No drugs needed for depression or anxiety. I actually felt peaceful. But didn't understand why.This was when having a healthy lifestyle really helped.Plus when I moved to Las Vegas, I began to learn more about spirituality and connecting to inner self. (Yes, Las Vegas has two sides: Sin and Zen) This, along with keeping my body healthy physically, is what got me through the stressful years after moving.But I have found that so many women do not take the time to learn about any of this, let alone apply it. So now I help women learn to listen to and trust their inner guidance so they can awaken to their wisdom and power.Using information from the Akashic Records, chakra analysis, Reiki, sound vibration tools, crystals, spiritual herbology and essential oils, I help you release your blocks and conditioning.This will allow you to make choices aligned to your authentic self and help bring your life into balance – body, mind & soul.I also facilitate a virtual women’s circle helping women to connect, grow, inspire and be inspired.I offer: 1:1 mentoring sessions, Akashic Soul Realignment sessions, Reiki sessions and training, Energy Rejuvenation sessions, spiritual herbalism consulrations to align your chakras, Trauma Recovery Yoga classes (private and group) and essential oil consultations.
