I work with a wide range of clients providing editorial and communications services including article development, editing, enewsletters, website copy and social media marketing with expertise in the insurance, restoration, real estate and legal industries.

As the editor of Claims and the PC360 Group, I worked with a great team of writers to provide critical information on many different facets of the insurance industry. Educating those who work in and support the insurance industry is so important. It is a privilege to share their stories and learn from their experiences.

Served as the staff liaison to 15 different committees comprising 150+ volunteers for three different organizations. Managed key projects for three clients. Presented at national conferences and help clients craft their messages for multiple audiences. Assisted with trade show marketing and convention management. Held the positions of IESO Secretariat, RIA Director of Communications and Editor-in-Chief of Cleaning & Restoration magazine simultaneously.

As the Editor-in-Chief of Cleaning & Restoration (C&R) magazine, I transformed C&R from a 32-page, black and white publication to a multi-award-winning, four-color magazine with an excellent reputation for providing cutting-edge, technical information. Created the syllabus, selected course books and guest speakers, administered quizzes, assignments and exams, and supervised student internships. Provided exposure to real-life writing opportunities, which resulted in more than 10 percent of the students being published in different print outlets after taking my classes.
