Patti Larson is the founder and CEO of SunUp Group, a business strategy and brand development firm in Orange County, California. As a business and brand strategist, she consults executives and organizations with brand development, repositioning, and growth management plans. Her wealth of experience includes 20+ years of accelerating bottom-line profits through business strategy, brand development, and innovative sales and marketing strategies.Before founding SunUp Group, Inc., Patti was the Managing Partner at BoardRoom Performance Group where she supported Boards of Directors and Executives with organizational effectiveness and executive leadership development. Patti also spent 10+ years with Centex Corp. whereas as a Sr. Executive she managed $14.6 Mil. P&L, 22 offices, a team of 340 employees, and led major turnaround and growth initiatives in Sales, Marketing, and Operations. By recruiting and training top talent, formulating strategic growth plans, and executing high-performance sales operations, Patti received eight promotions, three relocations, and numerous outstanding achievement awards. Patti serves on the Board of Directors for OneOC; is the Chair of the OneOC Volunteerism Council; serves on the Board of Directors for The Park Club; serves on the Executive Committee for Connect2Boards; is the past Co-Chair for 50/50 Women on Boards; served on the Marketing Advisory Council for OneOC and is alumni and mentor for the Center for Creative Leadership Patti holds a B.S. Degree in Business Management and Marketing Communications from Saint Cloud State University, MN, and completed an International Business Study in Alnwick, England.
