Promote motor sports events (Monster Jam, Supercross, Arenacross, Freestyle Motocross) in a variety of venues across the United States: stadiums, arenas, and speedways. Responsible for maximizing show revenues through ticket sales, sponsorships, group sales, while at the same time minimizing expenses. Research event history, market qualities, venue options, and venue representatives. Accurately manage marketing budgets pre-event and post-event and report any deviations in a timely manner. Trained new employees on marketing procedures and front of house best practices. Create and manage event promotions that are cost-effective and maximize event exposure. Responsible for the media plan of the event: negotiating media buys, grassroots, and market promotions. Manage the front of house effort of the event: guest relations, parking, ticketing, ingress and egress, event promotions, merchandise, and talent meet and greet. Settle the event with building staff at the end of the event.
