As Chair of the Board of the USA Climbing Foundation and as former President of the Board of USA Climbing, I work tirelessly to make the transformative power of climbing accessible to all, and to inspire participants and the public through the support of excellence at the elite level.As President of the Board of Directors of USA Climbing, I oversaw the strategic direction and governance of a rapidly growing US sports organization as it gained recognition as a National Governing Body by the US Olympic & Paralympic Committee in anticipation of the debut of Sport Climbing as an Olympic Sport at Tokyo 2020 - postponed to 2021. My professional expertise is in financial services, including in legal and business operations, strategy, governance, and communications, and I have successfully negotiated commercial agreements with global counterparties involving billions of US dollars in assets. In non-profit work, I support organizations with compelling missions and culture, particularly in sports and education.
