Helped the company establish and optimize everyday activities such as recruitment, processes and programmes, policies, as well as assist with strategic HR initiatives e.g. defining culture and values.The target scope of work is to maximize the value of the Company's HR endeavours that will assist the overall business as a whole and drive the achievement of the target revenues.Implemented a new HRIS (PeopleHR), formulated company values and introduced a new benefits program and company handbook.
