Key contributions include: - Improving key leadership retention rate by 90% with the development of IDP (individual development plan) and performance scorecard to measure and evaluate annual revenue, costs, service and cultural goals - Development of performance metrics, resulting in double-digit percentage increases of top line revenues YOY - Development of a robust and highly competitive compensation and benefit package that has reduced turnover by 75% - Data, flow and gap analyses combined with SWOT, SOAR and SMARTER approaches to support operational review of business performance and exploration of strategic opportunities As Director of Human Resources, I lead and manage all HR functions: recruitment, sourcing, orientation, retention, develop cultural initiatives, payroll, health benefits plans, workplace safety and worker’s compensation insurance, metric development, performance coaching and competency development.
