I have the pleasure of leading our teams at the International headquarters in Fayetteville, Arkansas and serving our Executive Director, Dave Rofkahr, who leads our international teams and the overall mission. Our operational teams (creative, technology, personnel, and finance) provide the infrastructure for our global movement, serve our staff families, and design ministry resources which are used in dozens of languages. Our global resource teams which I give oversight to are Campus Ministry Today (CMT), Support Raising Solutions (SRS), and our publishing division - CMM Press. In 2001, Steve Shadrach gave me the opportunity to help him start up this ministry to change the world for Jesus Christ. Ever since then, I've given my life to mobilizing more missionaries to reach the unreached. Through this tenure at the CMM, we have played a key role in the growth or startup of other ministries including Perspectives, Perspectives Global, Every Ethne (now Launch Global), International Affairs Group (now Concillium), and the Global Mobilization Network. Since 1973, the semester long Perspectives on the World Christian Movement course has transformed over 100,000 believers world wide to think broader about their role as Christians in this world. The course changes ones worldview to see that God cares about all peoples of the earth and receiving glory from them is the central to the heart of God...so it should also be central to His children. God alone will drive the results, but I sure try and keep us from getting in the way and take advantage of every opportunity the Lord puts in our path. For almost 30 years now, our founder, Dr. Winter, has had in his heart recruiting one million believers from North America to get involved in completing the task of world evangelization. A few significant attempts have been made over the years to launch this project, but got bogged down due to lack of personnel. Now, with the advent of the internet, and the focus of a full time director and upcoming team, we are designing and developing a long term plan that, prayerfully, will be able to… Show more For almost 30 years now, our founder, Dr. Winter, has had in his heart recruiting one million believers from North America to get involved in completing the task of world evangelization. Now, with the advent of the internet, and the focus of a full time director and upcoming team, we are designing and developing a long term plan that, prayerfully, will be able to recruit and connect a “virtual community” of at least a million believers who are engaged in seeing Jesus among all nations. While originally set to be an independent initiative, we are now fulfilling our goals through the Perspectives on the World Christian Movement course. Kaleo is a summer discipleship training project by Student Mobilization. I oversaw the finances, event planning, and administration for the student projects for 3 years. From 2000 - 2002 I also served in their headquarters as a student inter, doing event planning, project management, and website development.
