With a M.S. and B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama, Corey is a skilled and passionate engineer who currently works as a TDP Network Engineer for AT&T, the world's third largest telecommunications company.Corey is responsible for a centralized reporting and workflow and metrics system (DREAM) used for tracking and automating work for AT&T services such as switched ethernet, dedicated ethernet, etc. Corey’s role on the team is as a systems optimization expert. In his first assignment as a TDP Network Engineer, Corey has absorbed the complex organizational and system complexity to drive major fundamental improvements, conducting user interviews, creation of a trouble ticketing system, bug resolution, conducting tool demos, and tying to MyLogins. In Q2 2023, he led a variety organizations and developers to consolidate three technician order fulfillment applications into one. Elimination of the multiple systems improved order consistency, reduced support costs and manual intervention saving an estimated $570K in annualized savings.Corey's career goal is to use his engineering knowledge and process expertise to drive innovation and create effective solutions for unmet needs in the technology and telecommunications fields.
