Currently I am an architect for the Integrated Asset Management team that manages the IT assets for the company. Along with proposing changes to process and aligning our asset methodologies with best practices, I concentrate on finding auto-discovered sources and integration to advance the accuracy of our inventory.

Along with proposing changes to process and aligning our asset methodologies with best practices, I concentrate on finding auto-discovered sources and integration to advance the accuracy of our inventory. I am also the architect for the enterprise monitoring tools and produce the 18-month tools roadmap. I represent the asset and tools team in our new technology evolution process and ensure that new technologies meet our standards and analyze whether they will have impacts to the asset and/or tools arena. I also perform technical compliance for the IBM outsourcing contract and am consulted regularly whenever new technologies may have a contract impact.

I worked in the Infrastructure Engineering and Architecture group at CenturyLink, primarily focused in the infrastructure tools arena. (monitoring, reporting, alarming, etc) I provided oversite for the outsourced IGS tools and automation team and run the New Technology Introduction process. I also consulted with the Integrated Asset Management team for new technologies arriving in the business, as well as develop their wizard interfaces for customers throughout CenturyLink. With my knowledge of the IGS contract and the Asset Management system, I was able to provide upper management with an application cost analysis to quantify operations support costs per application to be used for informed business decisions. I am also a SAS programmer that provides capacity data displayed on the web for the E-Commerce server environment.

I was closely associated with the Integrated Asset Management team for new technologies arriving in the business, as well as developed their wizard interfaces for customers throughout Qwest. With the merger of Qwest and CenturyLink, my duties continue in the new company.

SAS programming. Joined Asset Management team and provided technical direction to team. Extensive experience with HP Asset Manager. (formerly Asset Center) Performed technical compliance on IGS outsourcing contract for tools. Validated billing methods for IGS contract. (saving company over $2M)

SAS programmer for the midrange capacity planning team. Performed all aspects of software development including requirements gathering, solution design, coding, testing, creating web graphs and reports, and user acceptance.

Started company to develop and design web sites for small businesses.
