Responsible for P&L for our San Francisco Bay Area and Sacramento offices (200+ employees), client acquisition and business development strategy. Directed and implemented strategic planning processes, identifying key investment areas across the region. Responsible for the financial success of the region, including operations, marketing and business development planning, hiring/staff development, and client satisfaction/retention.

Project Manager for numerous (100+) infrastructure development projects, responsible for project execution, budget, resources, schedule and client relationship and retention. Program Manager for a large, multi-year federal contract, led a team of 50+ multi-disciplinary professionals in evaluating various projects to determine their suitability for funding. Developed budget/workload tools, a quality assurance program and was responsible for hiring, workflow and overall client satisfaction. In addition to overseeing domestic projects and operations for a western region, Project Director for several international World Bank-funded energy and telecommunications development projects in South America and Asia. Directed client acquisition efforts for our commercial business.

Conducted NEPA reviews of major Federal Actions within EPA Region IX. Participated in the start-up team responsible for implementing new Superfund legislation. Member of the Region IX hazardous material emergency response team; acted as the Federal On-Scene Coordinator (OSC) for several federal clean-up actions.
