Responsibilities:Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing, to identify and engage potential candidates.Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.Work closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing activities and candidate pipelines.Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting tools.Stay updated on sourcing trends and tools to enhance recruitment strategies.
