I have always loved math and puzzles. I have found working in Accounting allows me to use both of my favorite skills.I have moved around quite a bit while my husband pursued opportunities and grew his career. This allowed me to experience many different roles and work in quite a few unique industries while I learned and added new skills. I have had to develop skills as a self-starter and often found myself figuring out a new job on the fly. The past six years, I've been mainly in the food industry developing my SAP skills and knowledge while focusing on the area of Accounts Payable. I have been able to participate in knowledge transfer between office locations and implementing new software packages, most recently SAP Concur - Invoice.My passion really lies in financial accounting and transactional activities. I'm not afraid to dig in and figure out how a system or a process works and find ways to maximize efficiency and share knowledge.
