Director position overseeing, developing, mentoring ten managers which handle the Revenue Cycle Management Department. The RCM Department has over 250 employees which make up the following departments: Provider Enrollment , Customer Service, Collections, Refunds, Payment Posting, Quality and Business Process divisions. Plan and coordinate with Contracting, IT, Operations, Credentialing, Client Services, Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Human Resources, Physicians, AHP, and Legal. Handle Business Growth, Process Improvements, Quality, and Production. Ensure all measures are in line with expectations.

Managed 32 employees, 2 managers, systems administrator, and malpractice insurance specialist. Completely restructured the department and successfully brought down the lead time to process a provider through the internal and facility credentialing process by 4 months by implementing quality checkpoints, creating standard work, level loading tactics after properly capturing the demand. Credentialing department included Government and Managed Care Provider Enrollment which had an $18M backlog in obtaining providers numbers. We were able to eliminate that backlog within 6 months through process improvements and effective employee training/development.
