Our case is awaiting to be heard by CA Superior Court. Thanks to the support from the Board of Directors made it possible for us to go ahead with it. I am pleased to announce that with FCC's order that all online news must be captioned in 2016 thus both CNN and GLAD agreed to withdraw our appeals. My passion is to ensure that law enforcement stops using weapons like taser guns on people who don't communicate because they are deaf,deaf/blind, or hard of hearing or even don't understand English.
