Guide improvements to Educator Licensing systems and reports. Oversee activities of IT team members, including application architects, developers, GIS specialists, and QA professionals. Manage all technical aspects of $93M project for Minnesota Department of Public Safety, affecting nearly every citizen in Minnesota over the age of fifteen. Project will replace Minnesota's legacy mainframe driver license and motor vehicle registration system. Oversee over 20+ project team members including architects, developers, analysts, other project managers, and infrastructure specialists. Champion transition from Waterfall to Agile software development framework. Ensure project outcomes meet Business needs.

Build and foster relationships with high-level federal agency customers and stakeholders to better understand their IT needs and requirements. Manage portfolio of IT projects to assure systems and services developed by NCFPD meet requirements and satisfy federal customer needs. • Promoted to manage all aspects of critical, large-scale IT projects including planning, timeline estimation, task breakdowns, quality assurance, testing and cross-functional team management for strategic projects such as: o Multi-million dollar upgrades to criminal justice message switch, including change from mainframe to server environment. o Selection, testing, and deployment of new user interface to the criminal justice data network (CJDN) affecting over 12,000 users at 600+ agencies statewide. o Security assessment of agency’s systems, network, and data. Security-related policy development and agency-wide security awareness training. o Architectural design, system development, testing, and deployment of agency’s first Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) information services using National information Exchange Model (NIEM) XML.• Write Requests for Proposals, Statements of Work, grant requests, and contracts.
