Co-founded and created the non-profit organization with an $8,000 grant from the McCune Charitable Trust and grew the organization to over $1.6M budget, 1,800 graduates from across New Mexico in three programs, created a successful and active alumni program and secured nearly 300 Lifetime Members resulting in an endowment of over $700,000. Administered the policies, programs, and budget of the organization, which is dedicated to the development of informed future leaders of New Mexico.

Provided consulting services in management and organizational start-up and development, marketing, public, community, and government relations, event planning, fundraising, and strategic planning. Served 18 months as the Community Relations Consultant and the Director of Community Relations and Planning for the newly created Rio Rancho Public Schools. Co-founded and served as the Founding Executive Director for Leadership New Mexico from 1995-1996.
