I have been in the commercial real estate field for over 29 years and have participated in the development of over 9 million square feet of diverse types of buildings from office, industrial, hotel, senior living facilities... During my years in the field, I have held and learned many different areas of commercial real estate from acquisitions, dispositions, commercial loan process, property taxes, insurance, property management, marketing, capital expenditure management, to name a few.One of my first positions was in customer service where I became award winning for the highest quality customer service within one of the largest recruitment advertising agencies in the United States and Canada. Helpfulness and genuine concern for others has helped me build strong relationships and has served me well all these years. I am known to be the one to seek out for researching, responding, and resolving inquiries, issues, and questions to determine the appropriate course of action, referral, or response. My marketing background has also served me well as I have managed overhauling company brochures, magazine ads, assisting with project brochures, press releases, websites, project open houses, banners, and trade show collateral. This area requires me to possess exceptional planning, prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.It is important to put in the time it takes to thoroughly master your job, including the people, processes, and any myriad of details it takes to make it all work smoothly. It is also important that the work environment cultivates a work community of mutual trust and respect, honesty and integrity where employee's contributions are visible, noticed, and celebrated.
