The Healthcare Staffing Account Manager, develops, negotiates, and implements partnerships with healthcare providers and traveling health practitioners across the nation. Ensures success of these partners by creating an ongoing relationship resulting in the success of the partners and the company.• Works with Hospitals to provide RN’s, LPN's and CNA's to help meet staffing needs.• Responsible for sourcing and screening all candidates and ensuring all candidates are compliant to begin working in hospitals nationwide.• Work closely with Hospitals and vendors to better understand the client’s needs to ensure the right candidates were being submitted.• Work closely with the Payroll department to make sure each employee was paid accurately and timely and had the benefits requested.• Build loyal following of RN's, LPN's and CNA's by first setting correct expectations, always being honest, always planning ahead for the next travel contract based upon the employee’s personal and financial goals.
