Service/repair netbooks and various other devices; provide technical support to employees; install programs, printers and other components to devices for staff; maintain inventory, keep running inventory on all service areas; support Moodle; support Compass Learning; and other learning software programs districts use as well as testing software.

Current responsibilities include the day to day technology needs of 3 school districts, 5 schools and provide service to any one of seventeen districts served by our team. Maintain computer lab, schedule classes, run bi-annual testing, assist teachers with any technology needs, maintain databases, create course work for students to complete online, work one to one with students as needed, aid with instructional technologies, instruct students on a variety of Microsoft programs, lessons and other items. Data management and dissemination of DATA with teaching staff to improve student learning.
