I have 40 years of experiencein private practice in the field of mental health and addiction recovery, working with diverse populations and settings. I am a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acudetox Specialist, Register Hypotherapist, Certified Criminal Justice Professional as well as a Certified Master Life Coach. I assist families, couples individuals and adolescents gain their life back through education and counseling in substance misuse and mental health. Utilizing the skills and tools necassary for lng term abstinence and recovery is achieved by addressing behavioral/addiction, grief, low self esteem, anger/rage managment, codependency, PTSD, Trauma Resolution, Mental illness, Depression, Anxiety, Parenting in Recovery, Stress Management, Domestic Violence, Grief. We address these underlying issues and assist in overcoming the challenges that tend keep individuals in thier addiction. It is my goal to help those suffering with mental illness/substance misuse tolive a normal, healthy, and productive life.
