Skills & AbilitiesMANAGEMENT• Work directly with Officers and Board of Governors to oversee club operations.• Manage day to day club activities and organize/schedule club events.• Oversee any/all club legal documents and contracts related to club events.• Responsible for club finances, money management, and producing all supporting financial documentation. Proficient with use of QuickBooks. • Identity, recruit, interview, and help with selection of board members.• Maintain membership directory, renewal notices, billing, and applicable databases.SALES• Solicit corporate sponsorships and produce related supporting collateral for all club events.• Continually recruit both individuals and corporations for potential memberships.COMMUNICATION• Responsible for content production of monthly newsletter and all applicable club email marketing, using Constant Contact. • Maintain social media schedule with pertinent club content on all sites - Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.LEADERSHIP• Oversee any/all day to day activities of AAF Toledo. Manage and coordinate board members, officers, committee chair people, and members to execute club events, meetings, and activities.
