Director of Imaging for hospital based imaging department including a women's imaging center. In collaboration with the Medical Director, assures all regulatory, licensure and accreditation standards and requirements are met, including JCAHO, state and federal agencies. Monitors and assures a high level of customer satisfaction, including physicians and patients. Responsible for human resources management, including developing staff and management team, recruiting and assuring a fair application of all policies and procedures. Supervise staff of 100 FTE's in a 24/7 hospital imaging environment. Utilizes participatory management techniques. Monitors and assures a high level of employee satisfaction. Develops and monitors the quality and service provided by Imaging. This includes utilizing metrics and quality improvement methodology. Actively participates and provides leadership to the strategic planning process for Imaging services. This includes identifying and evaluating market opportunities, etc.

Imaging Manager of a multi-modality outpatient imaging center. Modalities included x-ray, fluoroscopy, mammography, ultrasound, CT, MRI, dexa, nuclear medicine and PET. Responsible for all operations and business management of the center. Responsible for assuring quality imaging services, and the management of human and fiscal resources. Supervise staff of 30 FTE's. Responsible for implementing the Imaging Center's policies and objectives. Served as the Radiation Safety Officer for the entire company, which consisted of 17 outpatient centers. Responsible for the set up of any nuclear labs as well as film badge monitoring and issue resolution. Skilled in budget management, contract negotiations and employee relations. Consistently marketed for my imaging center and developed a repiore with referring physicians and their office staff, which resulted in double digit volume growth at my center.
