  The Conversation Project 2017-presentIHI APAC Region 2021-2023IHI Middle East Region 2020IHI Africa Region 2007-2018I currently lead community engagement for The Conversation Project (TCP), IHI's public engagement initiative dedicated to ensuring everyone’s wishes for care through the end of life are understood and respected. I coach community organizations on how to organize and lead for change within their own communities by bringing TCP programming to their setting through coaching calls, monthly webinars, workshops and various speaking engagements, including national conferences. I support internal measurement, learning, and knowledge management. Additionally, I serve as Faculty for IHI's Improvement Coach Professional Development Program, with past cohorts in the UK and Saudi Arabia. Most recently I served as Improvement Advisor for a Heart Failure Learning Collaborative in Melbourne, Australia with partner Safer Care Victoria.Previous roles at IHI include leading and facilitating knowledge sharing activities across 1) a six-country learning platform for the Partnership for HIV-Free Survival, 2) a three-country Maternal/Newborn Referral Community of Practice and, 3) a Performance Management and Quality Improvement Community of Practice across several Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation grantees in Ethiopia. I co-designed and served as Improvement Advisor for two large-scale, HIV/AIDS collaborative improvement projects in South Africa.
