Current• People Leader - Develop and leads a cohesive team of engineers, and operations staff, Virtual Live Events Platform Staff, and live production staff for internal and externally facing live events.• Continue to Lead and Manage delivery of national and international deployment of Hybrid Unified Communication program for over 2000 conference rooms in over 500 locations with a goal of providing a world class hybrid work environment. • Management responsibility: Manage AV Support Staff, matrixed federated support model nationally and internationally, integrator and vendor relationship management, procurement and budgetary task, and financial management of the program.• Responsible for leading the development/configuration, implementation/deployment, and ongoing sustainment of voice and video communications services, conference room technology, and real-time voice and video collaboration experience.• Accountable for setting Video strategic direction including development of next generation hybrid work environment working with Microsoft partners, and hardware vendors and integrators to develop a roadmap for our future hybrid work experience.• Ownership of the risk assessment and analytics reporting to the executive leadership team on the various risks to the program including but not limited to Technology advancements, budget concerns, Supply Chain, etc.• User Experience - Accountable as product owner and experience director for Video Conferencing to Ensure delivery of quality product and experience solutions through collaboration with stakeholders to determine business experience needs and driving alignment on strategy.• Public Speaking Engagement: Key Note Speaker at the Crestron Modern Work Summit 2023 in Madrid Spain. “Discuss the challenges of building a Hybrid Work Environment for Employees.”
