I’m an ophthalmologist, business owner and co-founder of a medical device company, Osheru, focusing on revolutionizing eyelid surgery with the novel Ziplyft device.As an advocate for innovation, and women in business, I am passionate about improving vision and quality of life. My vision is not only exceptional eye care but also to make a positive impact on the lives of countless individuals through the advancements pioneered by Osheru. In addition to my professional endeavors, I am involved in my community by serving on the board of Lines for Life, a non-profit for suicide and substance abuse prevention, and Summit Bank. I actively give-back to our community by serving on the boards of Bend Surgery Center, Bend Surgery Center Foundation, and Summit Bank and I volunteer with Eyecare America, Volunteers in Medicine, and Operation Sight. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time in the great outdoors with my husband, Dr Knute Buehler, an orthopedic surgeon, innovator, and past state legislator. We have two grown children and a spoiled dog, Ferris.
