Responsibilities include handling Senior Management Group (SMG) and Academic Administrator executive recruitments for the Office of the Chancellor and the Provost. Positions include Vice Chancellors, Vice Provosts, and Deans. Also have handled Senior and Executive level recruitments including Senior Directors in Development, Assistant Deans, Associate and Assistant Vice Chancellors, and Executive Directors. Regular interaction with SMG employees, Academic Administrators, executive search firms, hiring managers, faculty, staff, recruitment advisory committee members, and executive level candidates. Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers, source candidates for critical, hard to fill positions and coordinate and participate in interviews. Advise hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment advisory committee members throughout process. Present overview of search process to recruitment advisory committee members. Participate in recruitment kick-off meetings, candidate review meetings, interviews and finalist campus visits. Handled full-cycle recruitment process. Handled requisition generation/approval, job postings, resume review, phone screens. Sourced and interviewed candidates.
