At The Jane Group, a global crisis communications firm specializing in strategic and crisis communications management, legal expertise and risk management, media training and media navigation and board training and advisement, I serve as both a crisis consultant and director of content for thejanegroup.biz, manage all social media channels and edit The Jane Report newsletter. I also write articles and profiles, manage the web presence, and create digital marketing plans and online advertising campaign strategies.

As the Director of Communications at Wilkes, I partner with colleagues in the Marketing Communications department and other divisions on campus campus to identify and produce strategic marketing plans, engaging stories and integrated content for multiple print and digital platforms and for internal and external audiences. I also manage and produce the digital and print content strategy for Wilkes magazine, News@Wilkes, Wilkes University social media channels, and support marketing and advertising strategies by creating engaging content for print and digital publications.
