The Stanford Health Improvement Program is a program located within the Stanford University, the Department of Medicine, and the Stanford Prevention Research Center. The Health Improvement Program was established in 1983 and became one of the first university wellness programs, offering health promotion programs to faculty, staff, retires, and family members. As part of the Stanford Enterprise, the Health Improvement Program also provides the employee wellness program for Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children’s Health.

The Stanford WellMD Center was created in late 2015 with 5 year funding provided jointly by the School of Medicine, Stanford Health Care and Stanford Children's Health. We are striving to improve the health and professional fulfillment of physicians and the associated health of their patients, their students, and other members of the medical teams they lead. Creating a Culture of Care: For Patients and Employees. Since 2013, we built a solid network of Wellness Champions to positively impact our work environment. Over 1100 Wellness Champions support our initiatives by supporting their co-workers. Our wellness team works collaboratively with multiple departments to increase our reach and provide support. Transitional duties due to the sale of TimeOut Services to Plus One Health Management. It was an amazingly smooth transition and I believe all involved have benefited from the great team effort.

TimeOut Services provided fitness center management and wellness services to Yahoo!, Google, KLA-Tencor, Safeway, Tivo and others. Patty grew the company from a $50 investment in business cards in 1992 to over $5 Million in sales in 2008. In 2009 Patty negotiated the sale of all corporate contracts to Plus One Health Management (now Optum).

Founder of TimeOut Services. Grew the company from $11,000 in sales in 1992 to over 5 million in sales in 2008 before selling the company, including Community BootCamp to Plus One Holding of New York. CBC was The Bay Area's Original BootCamp since 1996. First location at Cisco Systems as TimeOut BootCamp and then at Stanford University as our first Community BootCamp.
