Served as a project manager launching a new product for SafeAtHome Alert in March 2009. Currently, handling website and national sales in the residential and commercial sectors for medical alerts to allow seniors to stay in their homes safely and independently. Handled human resources, Supervised staff on the Support Service team; Practice resolution conflict with staff and consultants to provide a win-win-win environment; Oversee and train employees for a/p, a/r and g/l; Handled all aspects of facilities in the Calverton and Towson offices; In addition, administrator of the Share Point sites for all employees and clients; Assist Project Managers with strategy on how to work with the client and developed strategic plans for revenue growth; Meeting clients for potential placement of software developers; Added the company to over 100 company supplier diversity databases for opportunities for teaming with companies with our federal GSA schedule. Developed a list of over 200 networking contacts in a 60 day period.

Supervised and managed the office, sales and service divisions; Direct report to the president of the company; Handled a/p, a/r and all aspects of billing & collections; Conducted annual reviews as well as hire, fire, or any disciplinary actions that may be needed; Reconciled the company monthly bank statements and prepare monthly and year-end closeouts to the g/l level; Processed weekly payroll with ADP; Maintained employee’s healthcare, 401K, injury claims, and sick or vacation time; Contacted contractors for scheduling jobsites and arrange elevator inspections with the state; Commercial billing for general contractors and owners including AIA documents; Assist Project Managers with schedules on job sites as required; Developed a good relationship with the state inspectors in the elevator division; Trained any inside and outside sales estimators on the products carried.
