Worth noting was when a principal at a high school stopped a student and said, "Josh, this is Mrs. Herbst and she is the reason you are graduating this year." The student replied, "Oh, you must be from Apex. Thank you so much." Seeing how much the students respond to technology that engages them and the ways teachers can differentiate instruction for every level of learning provided tremendous intrinsic value.

As a representative of a rapid notification services provider, I was able to help education administrators effectively mass communicate with district households. Through emails, text messages and phone calls, families would receive messages regarding school closings, delays, overdue lunch balances, grades and more. CLC was a top-10 student loan provider, managing more than $10 billion in student loan assets. I was responsible for increasing market share and maintaining accounts.
