Land O Lakes Winery is a family owned business located in the heart of Land O Lakes, Florida. We have deep-rooted ties to our local community and are committed to offering quality handcrafted wine to individuals and businesses both locally and abroad. As General Manager (GM), Patty was responsible for all aspects of operations at the winery, day-to-day staff management and guests. Patty created daily events to bring in more customers while generating a huge profit. For example, Patty put together a weekly wine glass painting class and we expected 50 guests. We had 80 guests attending which is a very large group.
