I am a senior human resources professional, learning and development expert and executive coach with more than 15 years of extensive experience in organizational management and people growth.Former Cluster Human Resources Director for InterContinental Hotels Group, with a hospitality management educational background, I became an active member in shaping the human resources management field and the service industry, in Lebanon.In 2013, I founded Vektor & Pi, a human resources consultancy and training firm delivering around the globe, training and development solutions in English, French and Arabic. Driven by its motto “achieve through people”, Vektor & Pi aims at facilitating the development of organizations.I am a certified Coach from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in London, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF), a member of the British Psychology Society (RQTU Membership No: 378494) with a Certification in Ability and Occupational Test Administration as well as a certified trainer in Behavioral Emotional Intelligence. Since 2012, I have been teaching Human Resources, Leadership and Management courses to both master’s and bachelor’s degrees at the Saint Joseph University (USJ) - Institute of Enterprises Management (IGE). I also participated in several students orientation and conducted various motivational speeches in different universities.I strongly believe that people are the primary asset and driving force behind the success of every organization.
