As a California native and having lived in multiple cities in the Bay Area & East Bay/Tri-Valley, I have extensive knowledge on the ever-changing real-estate market.I became licensed Salesperson in 2004 and a Broker in 2009.I am deeply involved in my community, networking, the Chamber of Commerce Ambassador group (Ambassador of the Year 2022), many other community-based organizations, and completed Pleasanton's Chamber of Commerce Leadership program in 2017.Prior to real estate, I worked in various industries as an Executive Admin, Corporate Event Planner (large scale), product Training Rep for office equipment, Project Manager, and various Sales positions. Through these experiences I have gained invaluable exposure to achieving success through hard work, planning, execution and follow-through.In 2016, I opened my own full-service real estate brokerage and purchased a small residential property management company. Along with helping many buyers and sellers on the real estate side, the property management company grew to successfully service over 70 single family homeowners in the Tri-Valley and surrounding areas. The property management company was sold in 2023 to another brokerage so I can focus solely on real estate sales.My core value are ethics, trust, and representing my clients with fairness and the utmost integrity. I offer a wide range of services for buyers, sellers, and investors to ensure a seamless experience. Being a Certified Distressed Property Expert, and earning a Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification from the California Association of Realtors, I am qualified to handle foreclosure and short-sale transactions. I represented several banks in listing and selling their REO properties, and successfully closed many short-sale transactions after the mortgage crisis of 2008. I enjoy the challenges that today’s market can bring and I keep up on the latest market trends, data, and contractual information through continuing education.I aim to cultivate strong relationships with each individual client and is determined to advocate on their behalf through every transaction to make sure their goals are met.
