Life often carries so many stressors, it is these unhealthy learned responses that often keep us locked in cycles of stress and prevent us from enjoying life and our relationships in it.I use various approaches to understand problematic thought processes and emotionally reparative theories to understand emotional responses. This can help understand why we sometimes feel overwhelmed in situations that are emotionally triggering, often the case in anxiety and depression. Show less

Delivering therapeutic interventions to service users who are demonstrating repetitive unhealthy behaviours in their inter personal relationships. The aim of the work is to encourage their ability to develop better relationships with themselves and others. In doing so they can move towards healthier experiences of intimate relationships.

Generic role which involved numerous roles including risk assessments of offending behaviour to assist with court sentencing, working with offending behaviour on a 1-1 basis to effect the optimum change for that person. Working in approved premises hostels to facilitate the re-integration to the community for high risk prisoner's released from lengthy custodial sentences, working with offenders experiencing drug, alcohol, mental health and personality disorder challenges.
