On behalf of my clients, act as the primary point of contact and representative for operations of all client print needs as well as the knowledge resource for all print sourcing (through RRD and also other external print sources) and management of commercial print projects.Maintain and manage specifications, quoting,purchasing and print production through delivery.Work with client account managers to manage their print requirements for marketing campaigns. Consult and direct on best production processes.•Maintain and manage specifications, quoting process and order entry •Work with Customer account managers to manage their print requirements for marketing campaigns •Partner with Customer production managers to ensure all goals and objectives are met on a project-by-project basis •Assist Customer production managers in the development of custom printing projects: including size, material, and print recommendations and researching new idea element •Facilitate prototype and development of custom print piece •Maintain all Customer compliance procedures and ensure the Customers branding guidelines are met •Identify, develop and document cost-saving opportunities with respect to specification and design. •Manage Customer’s existing external printing vendors •Review and evaluate relationships with RRD preferred vendors •Manage vendor base for best fit to customer’s product and geographical proximity need. •Provide monthly reports on spend, internal vs. external source, number of projects. •Provide data on monthly spend, internal vs. external source, number of projects. •Effect delivery of SLA’s •Effective reporting of SLA’s •Primary agent of problem resolution and Customer Service enhancement. •Performs other related duties and participates in special projects as assigned.

Manage the print needs for Xerox external clients. Help them streamline their operations. Assist in the redesign of materials to fit digital equipment. Responsible for the project management, purchase and production of advertising collateral –brochures, inserts, direct mail (traditional and one-to-one, utilizing XMPie and uImage technology), posters, catalogs, point of purchase, billboardsand advertising specialties for a wide variety of clients.Research new vendors and processes in order to stay abreast of new production capabilities in printing, finishing and personalization, and informing staff of new opportunities.Guide creative and account staff to ensure items can be produced within a client’s budget. Oversee entire production process from purchase, proofs, printing, personalization, postal sorts, lettershop services and finalinvoicing.Supervise departmental staff.Organize and conduct various training sessions for staff on postal regulations, mail piece design and production processes as necessary.Member of the Executive Board of the Greater Rochester Postal Customer Council.

Responsible for setting quality control guidelines on all jobs produced, budget development for the production of jobs (both internal and external costs) and management of internal production and pre-production processes.Purchase and oversee all production of direct mail and other collateral.Train and guide creative and account staff in postal regulations.Supervise other production personnel.Provide all production budgeting for RFPs (Requests for Proposal) to perspective clients.
