Responsible for all operations of the office, including facilities and leaseholds; supervision of all support staff; network administration; marketing; web development and updates; staff training and development; development and implementation of policies and procedures; administration of health insurance, disability, business and professional liability policies; responsible for recruiting and hiring new personnel. Responsible for recruiting and supervision of summer intern program. Preparation of legal pleadings, correspondence and trial materials; trial witness organization and presentation; aide in jury selection process; client file management and review; docket and trial calendar maintenance; scheduling of trials, conferences, depositions and client appointments, etc.; case intake and conflict checks; interviewing expert witnesses; legal research; investigation; client settlement preparation and distribution.
