Initial results led to an overhaul of the enterprise firewall management strategy, introduction of next generation firewalls (NGFW), and a new VPN direction. A new scalable firewall management infrastructure was introduced as the foundation of this architecture which supports dozens of firewalls, and thousands of users across multiple business units.

Created and produced a product sold in major retailers (Best Buy, CompUSA) that taught users how to finish PC based video games. As an owner duties included budgeting, script writing, play testing, direction of voice and on-screen actors, and working with game developers on new releases.

Product development of corporate and consumer multimedia technical training. Process included: beta testing of software applications, proofing of script for accuracy, creation of application simulation, and non-linear editing and encoding of video.
